1. How can I cancel an order?
After the order is paid successfully, the user can check the order status in the account order details.
If the order has not been packed for shipment, you can cancel the order in the account order details. After the order is cancelled, the payment will be refunded to your payment account in full within 1-2 business days. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.
If the order has been packaged and shipped, as our Drying Balls are a special product, we do not accept returns for refunds, so please be careful when placing your order.

2. About Returns
Since our Drying Balls are special products, we will not be responsible for refunds or returns once shipped. Please be careful when placing your order. If you find that your Drying Balls is damaged or the actual number received is less than the number ordered of receipt, please contact us and we will arrange a reissue for you.

3. What if the Drying Balls are damaged in transit?
We regret that you did not receive the Drying Balls product intact, please send your unboxing video and proof of purchase to [email protected], we will  arrange a reissue for you.

4.What if I receive Drying Balls and find that the number of pieces is incorrect?
If you find that the actual number of pieces you receive is less than the number you ordered when you receive your Drying Balls product, please send us a picture of the product, an unboxing video and the product order number to [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement shipment for you after confirmation.

5. About replenishment shipping
We will arrange shipment for you within 1 to 3 business days after confirming the order of the replacement shipment, and the delivery time is 6 to 9 business days.
